Product Description

This series of motors covers frame sizes H315 to H710. The motor features a welded steel‑plate cylindrical structure, offering light weight, excellent rigidity, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Cooling options include water cooling and air cooling. The design is optimized using computer‑aided finite element analysis, and advanced materials and manufacturing processes are employed, resulting in low temperature rise, reduced noise, minimal vibration, high efficiency, a high power factor, and enhanced reliability.

The stator windings are manufactured using the VPI vacuum pressure impregnation process, and temperature monitoring devices are installed at both the winding and bearing locations to ensure safe and reliable motor operation.

This series of motors is powered by AC variable-frequency drives, with voltage ratings ranging from 380 V to 10 kV. Custom designs are available upon request, and the mounting configuration conforms to IMB3 standards.
