Product Description

This series of motors covers frame sizes H355 to H710. The motor features a welded steel‑plate cylindrical structure, offering light weight, excellent rigidity, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Cooling options include water cooling and air cooling. Employing a multi‑method optimization design that integrates finite element analysis and circuit‑analysis techniques, and utilizing high‑quality materials and proven manufacturing processes, these motors deliver low temperature rise, low noise, minimal vibration, high efficiency, a high power factor, and superior reliability.

The stator windings are manufactured using the VPI vacuum pressure impregnation process, and temperature monitoring devices are installed at both the winding and bearing locations to ensure safe and reliable motor operation.

This series of motors is powered by AC variable-frequency drives, with voltage ratings of 380 V, 6 kV, and 10 kV; custom designs are also available upon request. The mounting configuration is IMV1.
