Product Details
The three-phase permanent‑magnet synchronous motorized drum is an intelligent drive system that integrates a conventional external‑rotor permanent‑magnet motor with a drum design. It is primarily used as the electric drive for belt conveyors, replacing the traditional configuration of an induction motor, gearbox, fluid coupling, coupling, and drive drum. This integration achieves weight reduction, simplifies the transmission chain, enhances system stability, and improves the reliability of the drive system, while delivering significant benefits in energy efficiency, maintainability, and reduced operating costs. To date, it has been successfully deployed across industries including coal, cement, steel, power generation, port operations, and non‑ferrous metals.
They are available in non‑explosion‑proof and explosion‑proof designs. The medium‑ and low‑voltage series feature air cooling (IC410, IC416) or water cooling (IC3W7), with voltage ratings of 380 V, 660 V, and 1140 V, and rated speeds ranging from 38 r/min to 100 r/min. The high‑voltage series offer air cooling (IC416) or water cooling (IC3W7), with voltage ratings of 6000 V and 10,000 V, and rated speeds from 60 r/min to 100 r/min.
